Partnering Essentials™ Online Academy is the online training division of Ian Dixon Pty Ltd. By visiting and using this website you agree to the following terms. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes:


1. USE OF MATERIALS


All data, text, images and other materials forming part of this website, and the website itself ('the Material'), and all proprietary and intellectual property rights in and to them, are owned by, or licensed to, Ian Dixon Pty Ltd ('Ian Dixon').

You may view and download one copy of the Material and display, print and reproduce those parts of the Material designated for such purposes in unaltered form (attaching a copy of this notice) for your personal, non-commercial use. You will keep the Materials confidential and not reveal their contents to any person or entity. Ian Dixon reserves the right to revoke such permission at any time.

Apart from this permission and uses permitted under the Copyright Act 1968, all other rights are reserved.

Requests for further authorisations, including authorisations to use the Material on this website for commercial purposes, should be directed to [email protected] . Ian Dixon reserves the right to remove or edit content at any time and for any reason.

By uploading or submitting any materials to Ian Dixon, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such materials expressly granted) Ian Dixon a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and display, create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the world. In addition, you warrant that all necessary consents for moral rights in those materials have been obtained.


2. ENROLMENT


By accepting these terms, you agree to pay the full fee for the Course/Product that you have enrolled in even if you do not complete the Course. If the participant is under 18, the parent/guardian is responsible for the payment of the Course Fees.

The approximate duration of the Course and the duration of access is stated on the course information page - you agree that you have read and understand your access periods. 

You are aware that this is not accredited/certified training unless where clearly stated in the course information material.


3. REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS AND CANCELLATIONS

Ian Dixon Pty Ltd complies with Australian Consumer Law in regard to refunds. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the course that you chose to enrol into.

However, while course fees are non-refundable, students may have extenuating circumstances that prevent them from undertaking their course. 

Where evidence can be successfully provided to support the student’s, extenuating circumstances (by email to [email protected] ), course fees may be refunded or partially refunded as per the following:

  • 100% within 7 days of enrolment if less than 25% of the course has been accessed/consumed.
  • 50% within 14 days of enrolment if less than 25% of the course has been accessed/consumed.
  • 25% within 30 days of enrolment if less than 25% of the course has been accessed/consumed.
  • Refunds are not issued after 30 days of enrolment.
  • Refunds are not issued if more than 25% of the course has been accessed/consumed.
  • Where you are enrolled in a subscription membership, by accepting these terms, you agree that you have read and understood that you are able to cancel your subscription membership at any time, by logging into your own account at www.onlineacademy.partneringessentials.com, clicking on ‘My Account’, clicking on memberships and cancelling your membership.  No refunds are given on membership subscriptions as you are free to cancel your membership at any time as per these instructions.  


Any chargebacks and dispute fees made through PayPal, Stripe, bank or other means will be appealed against you as per the Terms of Use that you agree to herein, along with a screenshot of your agreement to these upon your digital enrolment.


4. DISCLAIMER


The Material has been made available for general personal use only and is provided without any express or implied warranty as to its accuracy or currency. All access to, and use of, the Material is at the user's risk.

Ian Dixon accepts no responsibility for the results of any actions taken on the basis of information on this website, nor for the accuracy or completeness of the Material. Before relying on the Material or any part of it you should independently verify it's accuracy or completeness.

Ian Dixon expressly disclaims all and any liability and responsibility to any person in respect of the consequences of anything done or omitted to be done by such person in reliance, whether wholly or partially, upon this website or the Material.

No warranties or representations are made by Ian Dixon about this website, or the Material, including any warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the Material or its suitability for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Material is free of infection by computer viruses or other contamination. To the full extent permitted by law, Ian Dixon excludes any liability arising from the use of, or reliance on, this website or the Material. Where liability cannot be excluded our liability is limited to the resupply of the Material, or the reasonable cost of having the Material resupplied.

Ian Dixon will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits arising out of the use of this website or the Material.

Whilst we strive to protect data transmitted over the Internet, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information that you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information that you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.


7. INDEMNITY


You indemnify, defend and hold Ian Dixon and its officers, directors, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all liabilities and costs (including legal costs) incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms of Use.

You shall use your best efforts to cooperate with the Indemnified Parties in the defence of any claim. Ian Dixon reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Ian Dixon be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, any Ian Dixon site or materials or functions on any such site, even if Ian Dixon has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


9. JURISDICTION


These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Australia.

Unless otherwise specified, the materials in any Ian Dixon Site are presented solely for the purpose of information about Ian Dixon services, skills and presentations.

Ian Dixon makes no representation that materials on its Site are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Those who choose to access this site do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Software from this site is further subject to Australian and some international export controls.
