She is an outstanding operator who regularly facilitates leadership and strategy formation sessions to a wide range of clients in diverse industry areas and sectors such as construction, transport, government, environment, mining, primary industry, aged care, not for profit, community development, education and business management services; experiences that demonstrate her remarkable adaptability and gift for communicating to people from all backgrounds and levels of business.
Kylie possesses qualities of a natural facilitator, universal humour, exceptional communication skills, and thorough research and consultation skills. She is committed to delivering seamless, thought provoking, trouble-free, enjoyable experiences, that result in life changing experiences.
Prior to entering consultancy, Kylie held senior leadership positions in both government and private sectors, where she effected positive long-term change and facilitated two award-wining partnership programs.
Kylie is an accredited practitioner in Leadership Circle Profile, Leadership Culture Survey, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and i4 Neuroleadership.
